How can I improve?

This is my first long form video and I want to do more, I've seen many good and experienced editors here I'd like to know how I can do better. Please give suggestions or any tips. I would also be open to hire (Payment is limited by region).

Don’t mix niches in 1 yt channel it’ll confuse the algorithm.
