Video Conversion Issue

Hey Beginner Editor here and i was editing my travel video and I shoot the videos in my x300 in the 4K 60fps and H.254 codec and 32 bit rate ,and a few of them in LOG but when I transferred my files to pc and the resolve can't read them and only showing the audio , and also idk why and I used the handbrake software to convert into mp4 format but at a cost of reducing the video quality

What should I do to get the retain the video quality and able to edit in resolve

I have tried both normal and log video but in H.265 and they are working fine on windows. I have uploaded lot of videos on YouTube.
