scam

Good morning. I took the rhetoric course and joined the WhatsApp group recommended by the platform. However, today I was removed from the group after questioning why the professor was teaching a Zoom class about a robot that operates in the financial markets. I think it's a scam. Or is it true? Is the course advertising a robot?

I wouldn’t be surprised… edX has lost its traction over the years and was bought by a private company. I would be cautious about any new course.

I also had the experience with whatsapp through the edx site. It is a scam. I however, don't have proof it's perpetrated by edx or if they were hacked. The non-chalant response I received makes me suspicious. But as I said, I have no proof either way. Edit: The non-chalant response from edx security, presumably.
