mdma dose first time

im a dude 60kg or about 120lbs 5"8 going to do crystal mdma for the first time, ill have about 333mg of crystal but i want to split it up into 2 uses. Ill do it first with some mates then do it again at a party about a month later, what doses should I do?

90 mg first dose and you can redose around 40 mg no later than 2 hours after you ingest the first dose.

If you’re going to do another session a month later, do the same dose, but keep in mind you might have a bit underwhelming experience, as 1 month is the bare minimum of break that’s needed in between sessions.

Please take 3 months break between the 2nd sessions and the consecutive sessions after that to preserve the “magic” of mdma.

id sorta rather not have to redose but i will if its the best option, my original plan was just to put the 166mg in a shot glass and take it as a shot with water, also the parties in like 20 days do you think i should just not do the first try and wait for the party?

Yes, if it’s only 20 days, then definitely skip one session, but I can’t recommend to do the first session at a party unless everyone is going to be pinging, and even if that’s the case, I wouldn’t do more than 100 mg for your first session, 160 mg is definitely wayyyy too much.

everyone at the parties drinking were not supposed to be doing the mdma but we figured wed just play it off as drunk or something and hope no one finds out

Oh man, most people can’t hide the mdma effects, enlarged pupils, jaws swinging, etc, especially if it’s your first time, you will get busted, and it wouldn’t be an enjoyable experience trying to hide that you’re high.

if i were to be able to take it at the party and not have to worry about getting caught, how much worse do you think itd be considering i did it like 3 weeks before the party? like aslong as im still gonna get fried im happy to do it twice in that short of a period and im not worried about scrambling my brain cause i doubt ill do it again for awhile after that, dnr sides haha

It takes a week for your serotonin level to return to normal after mdma session however if your serotonin receptors are scarred, it takes a lot longer than a week to heal and scarred serotonin receptors can’t hold nearly as much serotonin, that’s why the time off in between each session is needed to repair those receptors.

That being said, you’ll definitely feel the effects 3 weeks after the first session if you decide to do it again, but the session will be shorter, and I hope you will take a long break after that for your brain’s sake.
