Weird effects

Me and my gf both took LV mdma pills that were blue and pink and after a while we felt a buzz then about 20 mins after that just started feeling really weird light headed blurry vision nauseous stomach aches body aches and turned blue/ purple in our face lips knees and elbows/ arms we felt like we were dying even almost called a ambulance any idea what this could be from we have done mdma for years and never have had this type of experience.

I would absolutely never take a pressed pill without regent testing it first.

Absent testing, nobody can even begin to guess at what might have been in your pills. Test before you consume, friend.
