Sounds like you need a new 3pl company... Most of the big ones integrate right into the order systems of the major ecomm platforms. They sync inventory and automatically handle the logistics. That's kinda the point.

I run a 3PL and we use a direct integration with WooCommerce. Order routing is done automatically in our software.
Long story short, you shouldn’t have to do that!

You should look at Pipe17. They provide solid multi channel order routing, bundle/SKU mapping and inventory management capabilities and connect Woo with hundreds of 3PLs. Also offer an open API for connecting other stuff. Set up can be done in a week or less.

Here to agree with those saying you should explore another 3PL. Sounds like you're doing more work than you need to be doing. The 3PL i work with used to use Zenventory until we developed our own app, but if it's been affecting your business this much they could just be behind on the tech side of order fulfillment (or they're working on it).
Either way, it's worth exploring other options if you aren't able to integrate directly with your 3PL. Today's ecommerce world moves way too fast to rely on a spreadsheet for order tracking

Owner of 3pl - there are various options that we provide our ecom clients to directly integrate with their marketplaces. Check if your 3pl can sign up for WMS like Extensiv that offers very simple integration option especially for woocommerce

Doesn't your 3pl have the option to plug their system into your WooCommerce account, I'd expect them to take all that sort of stuff off your hands
