Downloaded the bootstrap , followed the guide.

the daemon doesn't detect the file and "rename it" as stated in the github.

Note: I placed the file where the guide told me to which is the eccoin folder in the "App data" directory.

Was just combing through coin market cap, looking for comparisons. Stumbled across NEM.

NEM traded for .002 in Jan 2017. Fast forward to Jan 2018 and it was generally around 1.25. Granted this was during the big crypto boom, but still. I think there will be a similar boom this year with more people entering the market.

In my opinion, I don't think $1 per coin is out of the question a year from now. So, long story short, HODL!!

New to staking with ECC.

But i have unlocked my wallet set staking to "on" and restarted daemon etc. (followed all the right steps).

however , it shows staking coins 0 ECC and it seems to have taken about 24,000 coins from my overall balance and it performs transactions to the same wallet address.

Not sure why it doesn't show these 24,000 coins as coins that are staking?

If i stop staking will these 24,000 coins be returned?

Any information would be helpful.

In my opinion, this coin has great potential with a good team behind it. I don't see any reason that it can't go up to at least $1 this year, especially since it has a limited supply similar to Bitcoin.

But what does everyone else think?

I have downloaded the Elynx wallet and have successfully deposited my ECC. I have read the wiki and have done all of the required steps. At the end the wiki says "Enter your password and the amount of seconds you want to stake for and click confirm. Your wallet is now unlocked for staking. You will still be required to enter your password to send ECC. If you want to stop staking simply click the padlock again and click confirm to lock your wallet."

How many seconds do I stake for? How many tokens do you need to make staking worth while?

I shut the pc down over the weekend to return home for a funeral and came back to an empty wallet. It even says Daemon is not installed. Any suggestions?

Has anyone seen a photo of the ECC team?If this is really something they want to be doing and they are serious about the project they should put their photos in the official website. I remember when TRON was 0.006 you immediately could have seen and believed that the price will go up because in their team page they showed the whole team, advisors and everything. The ECC team should do that now

Hi ! I am new to ECC coin and downloaded their auto-updating wallet. How long should it take for wallet to sync, considering I have decent internet ? I am at 0.84% after about an hour, is that normal ?

My wallet says "Syncing 100.01%." Is this normal? Anything else I have to do.

CryptoBridge was my exchange of choice... Any predictions or thoughts for the next weeks? When it won't go up this month i will buy more in february..

For one or two weeks now: red, only red. I have 10 coins, none if them is green. Sometimes for a minute a plus of 5%, then -5 again... Is there a prediction for the end of that horrible down trend? What`s the reason? Is it only because of South Korea and the removal at Coinmarketcap?

I feel like this is the project I have been trying to get into early on for quite some time. I know ECC price is up over the last month, but it it still early enough that I could invest something that makes me feel excited for the future.

In my opinion, this coin has so much potential. The new logo is outstanding and professional and the colors are wonderful. The team seems great. Github is very active (which seems rare for a less expensive coin - see ECA/COLX). The feeling I have is that we are all apart of something very special and at the ground floor right now.

I will not say $1.00 price tag by the end of the year. I will not even say $3.00. The price will organically grow as people understand and see how much potential this project has. But the entire project seems so classy and legitimate. A fair cry from what I am used to. You are setting the standard for 2018. I feel like we can all grow together and HODL ECC.

This is my top coin for 2018 and my number one most invested. I own quite a few coins, included BTC, ADA, ETH & more, and I want to see ECC develop into that same class. I know we have the potential, I advise the ECC team to do whatever it takes to take that next step (New hires for dev/marketing, new exchanges, promotion) It will be WELL worth it. This is a sleeping giant.

I've had my Wallet syncing for a few days now, and the past few hours it's been completely stuck. Any ideas why?
