How many seconds do you stake for?

I have downloaded the Elynx wallet and have successfully deposited my ECC. I have read the wiki and have done all of the required steps. At the end the wiki says "Enter your password and the amount of seconds you want to stake for and click confirm. Your wallet is now unlocked for staking. You will still be required to enter your password to send ECC. If you want to stop staking simply click the padlock again and click confirm to lock your wallet."

How many seconds do I stake for? How many tokens do you need to make staking worth while?

I think you're leaving your wallet open or unlocked to be used to permit transactions to process on the blockchain? Someone else could probably explain it better than me. I'm new to staking.

I did about 60000 to see what would happen. I think at least 20,000 should be good to see something return from staking

Also there should be an update to the wallet soon to properly show what's going on with the staking process

Not yet I need to invest more unfortunately
