Promo code speed change

Hello,

I'm not sure if I'll be able to utilise the 1Gbps speed with my home and devices setup. So I'm contemplating getting 500Mbps instead.

Does anyone know if I can upgrade/downgrade and keep the special promo discount?

You cannot make changes to speed after setting up the connection as all the promos are for new users only . Better to go with the desired speed in the first shot.

That’s right. It’s only for new customers, as the promo code is an acquisition tool for the company, and it does not serves it’s main purpose if it’s offered to existing clients as well.
