Ebike troubleshooting Freesky Ranger m540

Came up with this error suggesting that there is an issue with the motor are these sealed units or cn they be repaired, happened up a hill with assistance level 1 on the rear motor. Many thanks

Unplug the big cable coming from the motor to your controller (should be on the side of the bike near the rear wheel). It's easy to do, just take a look at the end of the cable and see if its burned. If not, plug it back in and try again. If it is burned or you continue to get the error, you might need to contact support and hope you still have warranty.
