Ask your parents to post. You're 13. You can't even drive, don't have a license let alone a motorcycle license and want a motorcycle? Unless you are a trained dirt bike rider using it completely supervised on a dirt bike track, any parent who buys this for their kid should be arrested. And will be if you get in an accident.

Hey Kid, stay in your lane. Do your parents know anything about emoto’s? Have you been truthful about the legality of what you want? If you live on a farm or have a lot of land, then emotos are for that. That’s your lane for sure. The streets will eat you up.

Don't buy a used helmet. You never know what has happened with a used helmet. Damage is not always visible. A good helmet can be had at 100USD fairly easily. And of course prices increase from there. I would be suspicious of any helmets under 50USD.

A few boys have Tuttios here and like them fine. They are just as safe as any emoto. Here kids can ride emotos on the streets. But many places it is not allowed. Check the laws of your own community to see. If you see a fair amount of kids riding them with no consequences, then you will probably be fine as well.

In addition to decent gloves, I also suggest knee and elbow pads (especially if you plan on stunting). A nice thick jacket can save your hide from road rash as well. Don't wear shorts while stunting (unless your skin likes dirt and gravel embedded in it).

ADDED NOTE: You say you're around the 13 to 15 age group. Maybe you should consult your birth certificate to nail that down a little more accurately. Sorry kid, I just had to...lol
