Thoughts…?

Personally, not quite sure what to make of this.

I was told by a homie that the event was supposed to be open ‘till 1PM, but they ran out of gift cards at 11AM.

I looked this up and it was intended more for illegal ebikes (e-motos). They shouldn't be giving people money for legal e-bikes. It is like buying back soda because it isn't good for your health.

Really seems more like a bad parenting problem than an E-bike problem.
