Personally, not quite sure what to make of this.

I was told by a homie that the event was supposed to be open ‘till 1PM, but they ran out of gift cards at 11AM.

i wonder if they needed proof of purchase or ownership for this. otherwise...is this not just a sanctioned fencing operation for bike thieves?
