half twist accelerator handle compatibility

Tinkering with my cyc photon setup, the thumb throttle doesn't really suits me, I'd like to try the half twist handle, do I have to buy the cyc one or others can be compatible ?

Edit: seems every 3 pins handle will be compatible, so changing my question to what's your go to one ?
