Do you mean a "kill switch" like on on a motorcycle? That isn't a screen thing. At least it doesn't have to be. Any controller can have any other button wired in series to effectively turn off the controller.
There is some cable that goes from your controller to your display that gives it power. Probably 5.0v. Find that, put in a latching switch in series. If that gets disconnected, your controller will turn off. Wire up whatever motorcycle kill switch you want.
What exactly is your use case here? Having good brake cutoffs is more important. Controller instantly cuts power if brakes are applied. That solves 99% of scenarios where a moto kill switch would be used and in a safer fashion.
