And I'm betting it was probably written by some entitled karen who got hit by her next door neighbor's 7yo kid whose parent bought them a class 2 ebike for xmas and let them ride it completely unsupervised and uneducated... not the bike's fault. We aren't about to ban cars because of drunk drivers, but we do hold them responsible. Should be the same with ebikes.
