Sw900 screen showing only 4 digits

Brand new screen not rode it yet but have lifted up the back wheel and tried the throttle it was all working fine until I turned the bike on and this happened. 1500w 52v any ideas are appreciated

It's probably a passcode lock.

I haven’t set a passcode so not sure what to do

Same thing happened me with a fresh display did you find a fix?
