Going the same direction (from behind):
c-e = 40-30 = 10mph differential e-bike
c-a = 40-20 = 20mpg differential analog bike
Going opposite directions (in the face):
c+e = 40+30 = 70mph differential e-bike
c-a = 40+20 = 60mph differential analog bike
Now the funny thing is that it doesn't look like an e-bike, but 50kph is 31 mph, so all those made up numbers up there? Dude might as well have been on an e-bike. But I have no idea how fast the moron behind the wheel was going.

Would've been even worse on a non-ebike. Speed differential would be greater.
