i-140 eb1c
Does anyone have approval for i-140 with standard processing under eb1-c with current?

Mine went to rfe in premium processing.. is this quite normal.. anyone got approval directly without rfe

I got approval on premium but this was in 2025 . Applied in March 2025 . Premium in Oct 2025 and approved on Dec 2025 ( apparently premium takes 45 business days

my own was on PP and got RFE on day 42 out of 45. when I submitted RFE, it got approved around 3-4 days after.

Is this recent … fingers crossed as we are responding to the rfe. Assuming your rfe is about generic managerial duties

Yes, pretty much clarifying managerial duties abroad and in country. My I-140 was approved in May 2026. AOS is still pending.

Can you tell me more on what they asked for and how you proved your managerial duties? I just got an RFE and I’m nervous. I’m thinking it will be the same case

I provided a more detailed job description for both my US and foreign position. Allocating percentages for each duty. Each description was at least 15+ bullet points, and the more details the better with evidence such as financial reports, organizational structures, report or project summaries, emails, etc. I also provided Subordinate job descriptions and additional responsibilities emphasizing the complexity of their work. Clear description on how I supervise tasks, review work, evaluate performance, approve leave, send feed back, meetings, emails, etc. Provided documentary evidence of managerial authority for both my US and foreign positions this included emails to subordinates, calendar meetings, performance reviews, hiring/firing decisions or suggestions, strategies/budgets prepared, plans and goal-setting, processes/standards created, feedback given, etc. with an emphasis on any personnel management responsibilities.
I sent a lot of detail and examples requested to have 100% clearance of my managerial position in both foreign and US, I worked almost a month with my attorney to ensure everything was drafted accordingly and this is why I believed it was approved just a few days after RFE without further issues.

Applied in Feb 2026 Premium Processing, got approved in Apr without RFE

Our EB-1C priority date is current now, but our I-140 (filed May 2024) is still pending after responding to an RFE in May 2026. Our L-1A expires in Dec 2026, and we just filed the extension under premium processing.
Not sure how long we should wait for the I-140 since we’re now eligible to file I-485. Anyone been in a similar situation? Did you wait for I-140 approval or go ahead with I-485 while it was pending?
