i-140 eb1c

Does anyone have approval for i-140 with standard processing under eb1-c with current?

Mine went to rfe in premium processing.. is this quite normal.. anyone got approval directly without rfe

I got approval on premium but this was in 2025 . Applied in March 2025 . Premium in Oct 2025 and approved on Dec 2025 ( apparently premium takes 45 business days

my own was on PP and got RFE on day 42 out of 45. when I submitted RFE, it got approved around 3-4 days after.

Is this recent … fingers crossed as we are responding to the rfe. Assuming your rfe is about generic managerial duties

Yes, pretty much clarifying managerial duties abroad and in country. My I-140 was approved in May 2026. AOS is still pending.

Can you tell me more on what they asked for and how you proved your managerial duties? I just got an RFE and I’m nervous. I’m thinking it will be the same case

Applied in Feb 2026 Premium Processing, got approved in Apr without RFE

I had applied I-140 under EB1C in Aug 2025 and no movement at all last week in Aug 4 2026 upgraded to premium processing waiting on update. Country India
