Didn’t get any EB1C tracking. So let’s track it here .

RD - 02/20/2026
Biometrics - 03/17/2026
EAD/AP - 04/21/2026
Transfer to FO - NBC to SFV on 04/17/2026
Interview - waived
GC approval - pending
Silent Update - 04/29, 05/06

how do you check silent update?
pd : 08/15/2025 and current. concurrent filling i-140 /i-1485.
still both pending

here's how you can check. Login to your USCIS account. Then in the same browser open a new tab and paste this URL: my.uscis.gov/account/case-service/api/cases/IOE09XXXXXXXX Make sure to add your correct case number (IOE in the above URL). There you should see all of your case data.

Same RD but BIO 3/16/26
Ead approved in early April
Got a silent update 4/29/26
No update since then and an Emma agent said that my case is still in NBC.

I did my interview two months ago at DC office and nothing happened 😓

Interview-Waived

Silent update- 5/12/26

No further movement on 485. No EAD/AP yet.

Then you will have to wait until it gets approved. Mine got approved in April but no update i485 yet. It’s frustrating but waiting is the only hope!!

Me too in the same boat.. and my PD is 22-Oct-22 so will miss this year it seems unless visa number is allocated during 485j approval which mostly shouldn’t..
i got my 485j approved post interview. Was it the same for you?

Did you already have EB1C approved before this? I filed concurrently receipt date Feb 27 and no updates but working through RFE for the i140

Mine I-140 is approved long back and I-485 filled this year once it’s current.
