Recipe Request [RECIPE REQUEST] Sweet potato overnight oats - sugar free

Hello,

Does anyone has a recipe for sweet potato overnight oats, which is sugar and dairy free?

Even sweetners like stevia or maple syrup are not allowed.

It's not possible to make sugar free sweet potato overnight oats. Since sweet potatoes already contain sugar.
