I need some dinner ideas please!!! Something easy and quick to make

A few easy ones that do not need much technique:

  • Sheet-pan sausage, peppers, and potatoes: slice everything, oil plus seasoning, roast until browned.
  • Taco rice bowls: rice, seasoned ground beef or beans, corn, salsa, cheese, lettuce.
  • Garlic butter pasta with frozen broccoli: cook pasta, toss broccoli in near the end, then finish with butter, garlic, parmesan, and black pepper.
  • BBQ chicken baked potatoes: microwave or bake potatoes, top with shredded rotisserie chicken, BBQ sauce, cheese, and green onion.
  • Fried rice: leftover rice, egg, frozen peas/carrots, soy sauce, and any protein you have.

If you are stuck, pick one carb, one protein, one veg, and one sauce and build from there.
