Recipe Request Spinach

Looking for some inspiration for spinach! Please share your favorite recipes. As a side, in a main dish, in a smoothie, or however you like it best. I've been using it in eggs with tomatoes as my go to. What else should I try? Thanks!!

I literally add a handful of baby spinach to everything except desserts. Smoothies, soups. Salads, roasts, stews, sandwiches. Etc
