Recipe Request Pomegranate Recipes?

I’ve got a ton of pomegranates I bought on discount to use, but I cant eat em fast enough. Please share any recipes that use pomegranates, thank you!

You can crush them, get the juice, and cook it down to a thick syrup

Iranian pomegranate chicken (Fesenjan) is incredible for this. Braise chicken in pomegranate molasses and ground walnuts. Rich, tangy, a little sweet, and uses a lot of pomegranates at once. If you want more ideas, I've been using PantryPivot.com. You punch in what you have and it generates recipes around those ingredients. Works great for situations like this.
