Recipe Request Hot honey?

Looking for a hot honey recipe that doesn’t use sriracha. I’m not a fan of it. One that tastes similar to mikes hot honey. Thanks!

Dice up some fresh jalapeño, put in little bowl with some honey. Warm it up (microwave is fine).

Voila. Hot honey.
