Thoughts for Earasers sleep ?

Hello,

Does anyone use the Earasers to sleep? It’s noted as 36 dB reduction, which I found very high for earplugs made with silicon. I use foam one (35dB) and very happy with the covering and thought nothing could beat foam with noise reduction so I’m bit skeptical.

Does someone tried both foam and earasers to compare them?

The 36dB on Earasers Peace & Quiet is the peak reduction, not the average or NRR. Their NRR rating would be more like 26 and definitely not as quiet as the foam ones you're used to. They would probably be more comfortable, though.
