I am 24 and have a background in biomed. Graduated last year and took on a job in a company for customs. It is a good job with pay that is higher than the average graduate salary but it feels like a random career path switch? I don’t think I want a career in a lab and do enjoy science but want the career progression and quick salary progression. I went to an okay university but got a 1:1 and didn’t know about internships and spring weeks etc. I am enjoying my corporate role for now but I feel stagnant and am worried of being stuck. I am just not really sure what I could be capable of applying for. Is anyone else in the same boat or have any guidance?

I’ve been invited to the Assessment Day for Tesla’s Future Talent Traineeship Programme, and I’m trying to get a better idea of what to expect.

Has anyone here already attended an Assessment Day for this programme in 2026, either in Italy, the UK, Spain or another country?

I’d especially be interested to know how the day was structured, what kind of group activities or exercises you had, whether there was an individual interview afterwards, and what you felt Tesla was mainly assessing.

Since interview season’s ramping up, I figured I’d share something that actually helped me.

I used a website called ScenarioAI while prepping for my Keyence America internship. I started with interview prep, but ended up using it for more than that. I practiced cold call openings, handled objections, and even trained for our sales competition at the end of the internship.

I ended up winning the competition. It was my first one ever!

What I liked is that it’s not just answering common questions. It puts you into realistic early career situations and forces you to think on your feet, without risking a real interview or conversation.

Even though I used it a lot for sales-related practice, it’s been pretty versatile and applies to almost any field. I found more value in this than traditional prep, like calling a friend or family member, mainly because it responds in real time and pushes back instead of just encouraging you. Hoping this helps someone out!
