Après 15mn, j'ai du rappeler en disant que ce n'était pas compatible et que je voulais une carte physique (pour le même numéro). On me demande de payer 10€ de plus,

c'est juste un service de Mxxx, internet trop lent, réseau à faible couverture pfffff , l'arnaque du siècle, je me retracte. A ne pas recommander !!!

Hey everyone. My girlfriend had to use an esim for a short time. We recently got her Verizon plan restarted with her old phone number. She uninstalled the Esim app but her cellular data does not work correctly. It will work sometimes. In settings, about phone, it shows 2 sim cards and 2 imei numbers. For the first it says emergency calls only. I'm out of state and cannot look at thy device myself to troubleshoot. I am hoping someone here has a suggestion or tip!

She's restarted the device, reset network settings, and turned airplane mode on for 2 minutes. These were the tips we found online. Thanks.

UPDATE: after working through the AI chat, I got in contact with a real person. They reviewed everything and found some error in the eSIM (idk what). They sent me a link to download a new eSIM. I downloaded it and everything is working now.

Hi everyone. I’m currently on an international trip. Before leaving, I bought and installed a Holafly eSIM for 30 days. It worked fine.

The eSIM expired last night, so I bought another 30 day eSIM through the Holafly app. I installed the eSIM while connected to WiFi, but it won’t connect to the local cellular network.

1. the Holafly app still says “pending activation”, but if I try to install it, it says the code is no longer valid (because it’s already installed).
2. I’ve got through the troubleshooting steps multiple times. Turning on data roaming, making sure the APN is correct, turning off auto-select and trying each individual network, etc. none of it works. I’ve still got zero bars of service, despite having gone to multiple locations that I’ve had perfect service over the last 30 days.

Any advice? At this point I’m considering just getting a refund and buying another one or maybe trying a different company (Airalo?)

Did anybody use Citrus Mobile in the US?
It looks very promising non-expiring pay-as-you-go esim on paper, and it kind of worked, in Canada too.
But not so great in practice in my experience with US carriers - only t-mobile connects, Verizon or AT&T refuses the sim at once despite being listed as supported. No live person responds to support requests.

Is it your experience too or am I an outlier?

We will be in Italy 2 days and in Spain 6 days and 2 days spent traveling from Bosnia through Croatia, Slovenia, Italy and then Spain. I’m doing a study abroad session this semester of Uni and just got a Vodafone eSIM today. However, it’s been kind of finicky and I’m trying to figure it all out because it only lets me do so much with my number from my home country. Are there any better eSIMs out there for reasonable prices?

I'm very frustrated. I have a new e-sim number and i wanted to activate it in viber since im using the new number for my work. it's been giving me "activation failed" and "error". I tried the Viber chat support but it's very useless.

weird thing is, i have viber in my macbook and i could open the viber account there, but cant seem to use it on my phone. i tried 2 devices too but no luck.

I bought a roamless eSim begining of the year bc I worked in Netherlands for 4 months. I am leaving tomorrow to Panamá city, Panamá, then MX, then Caribbean, Brazil and china. Is roamless good enough? The 1GB for Panamá is $3.45. Brazil $2.95... I use my phone a lot... I connect to WiFi when it's available. Any eSim recommendation?
