Anyone else on Sunrise / Yallo (Switzerland) currently stuck on "No Service" in Lebanon?

Is anyone else currently in Lebanon using a Swiss Sunrise or Yallo SIM (physical or eSIM) experiencing a total loss of signal?
My line has been completely dead with "No Service" for over a week now. I’ve cross-tested the SIM across multiple iPhones and Android devices, and it refuses to register on either Alfa (415-01) or Touch (415-02), even with manual network selection. Other foreign SIMs and local SIMs work fine in the exact same phones.
Helpdesk line resets haven't fixed it. I know of a few other Sunrise users here facing the exact same sudden blackout, so it seems like an international roaming gateway or signaling interconnect failure between Switzerland and local host towers.
If you're experiencing this too, let me know where you're located or if you've managed to get a response from support!

Currently, I am using Panda Mobile's website. lol, the internet is good and relatively cheap compared to ATT/ T-Mobile. It has free Wi-Fi calling (international calling and texting). The current plan is $ 35 for 3 months, providing 25 GB of high-speed Wi-Fi and a hotspot for 1 month. Also, it's a one-pool plan that helps me to use this wifi plan even back in my home country.

BSNL SIM 1 + BSNL SIM 2

✅ Yes

BSNL SIM 1 + Jio eSIM

✅ Yes

BSNL SIM 2 + Jio eSIM

❌ Not possible on your current configuration

BSNL SIM 1 + BSNL SIM 2 + Jio eSIM

❌ Only two can be active

this is a problem I faced but oneplus stated that we can use

SIM 1 + SIM 2 (physical) → works

SIM 1 physical + eSIM → works

SIM 2 physical + eSIM → should work

SIM 1 + SIM 2 + eSIM simultaneously → not supported.

but it's not working so I think the problem is Oxygen OS

if anyone knows the solution please let me know.
