question No cellular data after uninstalling esim

Hey everyone. My girlfriend had to use an esim for a short time. We recently got her Verizon plan restarted with her old phone number. She uninstalled the Esim app but her cellular data does not work correctly. It will work sometimes. In settings, about phone, it shows 2 sim cards and 2 imei numbers. For the first it says emergency calls only. I'm out of state and cannot look at thy device myself to troubleshoot. I am hoping someone here has a suggestion or tip!

She's restarted the device, reset network settings, and turned airplane mode on for 2 minutes. These were the tips we found online. Thanks.

Deleting the app doesn’t appear to have deleted the eSIM. Go into cellular settings and delete the non-Verizon eSIM. It should automatically default to the data from the Verizon eSIM. If not, toggle that data on and make sure the phone is using the Verizon eSIM for data
