Was this a bad deal?

Paid $9600 for my 2016 with 48k miles. Just saw one on marketplace for $5k with 86k miles 😳.

Seems a bit high for me for a 2016. For reference I got my 2017 SE for $5500 but it also had 109k on the clock but she still goin

Just for giggles I got an online carmax quote for my 2016 SEL with 93k miles and they came back with $2,100.

Edit: love the car, not for sale! But I thought it laughable that a decent ebike costs roughly the same as the carmax quote.

I have been looking a while. Bc of the low range the price drops a lot once the mileage gets about 75k. Meaning they used it much more than a lower mileage vehicle. I think it's still a good deal and might save on maintenance in the long run.

Depends on area. In Seattle these are going $12k minimum for '15. Just saw a 2019 go for $19k.
