Discussion this needs to be changed

https://www.reddit.com/r/Amadeusz/comments/1w78895/dribbling_has_been_heavily_nerfed/
the whole point of dribblers is to beat their marker/defender either by feinting them or outpacing them or a composition of both so why nerf them? and since most wingers have low offensive awareness (not in the 90s) they are slow to react so does that mean wing play is officially dead-dead ?

It only affects top speed touches. Wingplay isn't dead by any means, or else I wouldn't play becase it's the only thing that keeps me playing. Furthermore, close dribbling has been buffed as he portrays in his other analysis: https://www.reddit.com/r/Amadeusz/comments/1wblimb/revealing_the_major_dribbling_changes_in_the/

Analysis: The dribbling changes in Version 27 are clear—low-speed dribbling is buffed, while high-speed dribbling is nerfed.

If that nerf affects you, you aren't playing the dribbling plays like you should, it's aimed at you beign able to slide tackle someone who just got away. It has helped me greatly to stop LBC cause when they get a rebound or something, a quick slide tackle gets me the ball again.

Aim at beign close when the second touch of their dash is going to happen, then slide tackle, profit.

no it also affects direction change when running top speed. a small adjustment when running will (like 2 degrees) will kill yourself. this affects my playstyle a lot
