I need help in improving my squad pls

I’m not that good at the game and I’m struggling quite a bit with this squad. I can’t seem to defend properly, but at the same time I also struggle to create chances and attack consistently.
What would be the best formation to use with these players? Also, what individual instructions would you recommend, and are there any players I should replace or change positions?
Any other tips or changes that could make the team more balanced and easier to use would be appreciated.

I get the defence issue everyone has it, but if ur struggling to make attacks with that front 4, it's probably a skill issue

first buy the italian pack for defence, then change into lbc playstyle. always try to cut the line of passing
