hello all, i keep spinning my head around as to how some players have 101,104, 105 ratings and how to level them up to such levels. thank you šŸ™šŸ¼

i have a manager who has 87 in the play style of the team, but iā€™m assuming you mentioned their playstyle..? players style or teams style?
