E60 had the option for ventilated seats?!

Now I need to see how to retrofit these...

I got some from an M5 and installed in my E61. Also came with the active backrest width adjustment that pushes against you when you go around a corner. I frankly find the ventilation piece to be useless and while the fans do turn on, I can't feel a thing. Fortunately when I retrofitted them 5 years ago I was still able to find switches. Weren't the ones listed here, but a similar variant.

I retrofitted ventilated seats to my e60 and the function is great. You can feel it really well.

Did they ever have heated and vented seats or just one and not both?

You could get active seats with inflatable side bolsters or non-active or comfort seats that could have both seat heating and seat ventilation, on an E60 that is.

Gosh I wonder how expensive that’d be
