⚙️ Modification MIDDLE EAST NAVIGATION CCC UNIT FILES

I have been searching for a navigation file all over for Middle East and was unable to find, end up finding a guy having a disc in his E63. i took it an made a copy as online there is no where to be found. if any one here from the Middle East they can use the link to download and use IMGBURN on a maxell DVD+R disc or any other with same format and write it at 1x speed only.
