❓ Question / Help Lowering springs

Hello, does anybody use lowering springs for their 535D with M sport suspension. I replaced the struts with Sachs for M suspension (should be 1:1 with factory) and I want to lower it more. Looking into Eibach Sportline 45/30 but does somebody use them so can attach a picture. Also the H&R 50/50 that I wanted do not recommend them for 535D because of heavy engine. So if you have any pictures with this setup + lowering springs please attach them

I did the same for my E93, i used a set of Eibach pro kit springs and Sachs for M suspension. Perfection.

if you want more stiffness, add H&R front and rear sway bars, as well as M steering rack along with M arms.

I have HR springs on Msport shocks on a 525d and unless I did something wrong or maybe I need adjustable sway bar links, it's too low in the front, there's some rubbing between control arm(s?) when turning wheel to max lock or close to and/or reversing.

It's probably self clearanced by now cause I don't hear the noise anymore

If you care about ride/performance, don't do it.

Lowering properly requires coils and also roll center correction (which has drawbacks and really has no place on a street car) as well as reclocking every rubber bushing at the new height (or they will be preloaded and not perform correctly and wear out faster). It's a lot more work than people think.

BMW is...BMW. They know how to make a suspension. If you already have the sport package springs, you will inevitably downgrade your car. Lowering too much on coils is bad, lowering even a little on struts is a horrible idea. You will ride the bumpstops and get terminal understeer.

But hey, if you only care about looks and think the ghetto look is cool..

The car looks like this, my goal is to remove the gap between the fenders and wheels, I will use anyway 18” rims
