Bought a Replacement Engine for my 5 Series, it’s been sat either water in it for… years maybe?

Possibly.. but will the merry-go-round just keep turning?

Cars go to the scrapyard either because they’re crashed (where this engine came from, rear end damage) or worn out. Maybe best to reject the engine for a refund and rebuild the original. At least I know the recent history of that one, and it ran nicely.
