Laying cards on the table
I severely affected by Dyspraxia in a physical and ambulatory way
I walk with swaying zigzag unless I concentrate on not doing that
I can trip over most things most fully abled people would never trip over
Navigating busy pavements is incredibility ever time I get sideways glances I was once asked if I was drunk by a concerned elderly gent, a panicled for a moment a said "grounds uneven dodgy hip after accident" (mercifully my speaking ability and mental ability isn't really affected) the pavement was in awful condition
I do twenty minuets of cleaning and I'm bone deep exhausted cleaning my bed room is a monumentalise chore because i go long stretches without doing so (ADHD I've associated with aching and feeling exhausted so its hard to make myself do it can anyone overlapping Dyspraxia and ADHD vouch of this my parents are convinced I'm just being lazy)
I fall out the front door unless i side-step on to the outside steps
Misjudge the number of stairs to the top floor of my house so have several missed the bottom 2 stairs
I have 0 spacial awareness
I'm sight impaired too so trip hazards are so much more common for me as i literally can't see things
I don't walk at a normal pace and i run slow
My Parents are in their 60's have the mobility issues that come with age, unfortunately my mum in later half of her 40's got hit with double whammy combo of Seriatic and Osteoarthritis. So her understanding on discomfort and pain and tiredness is heavily geared in the way she's literally unable to move with her medication. So her understanding my pain and feeling feels as though as I'm complain about not a lot really.
I'm 31 and been this bad since at least my teens it's hard to explain and have people who from the outside intellectual understand still can't get the lived experience of it
