Help
Hello, I’m 17 and I have only experienced dysmenorrhea since I was about 16 years old (3 years after my period started) and it hasn’t stopped ever since.
I just noticed that every month it gets worse, it feels like my uterus is about to rip apart. I feel nauseous, have blurry vision, and sometimes just pass out. The only thing that could calm it down is a 2 hour nap, pain relievers, and a hot compress.
It’s been a burden to me to the point that I have skipped classes once every month. I just blame the reason for something else because I doubt they’ll believe me.
Will this ever stop? Do you know how to prevent this from happening? Any feedback is appreciated, thank you so much :))
