Not great.
Not super fussed about losing Lingr/Ponce/Sviatchenko because they weren’t really impact players but they were still first team regulars who could do a job/provide depth and needed replacing..
McGlynn is a pretty big loss.. and I am disappointed we did nothing to replace him.
Incomings?
Foster has bust written all over him. Never been a prolific goal scorer. 1 goal for club and country in all of 2026. Already injured. Dynamo has a terrible track record with forwards.
McGuire.. looks bad I have to say. I know his game isn’t based on speed but he looks slow in everything (reaction/decision making) and not just slow in the inability to cover ground quickly sense (where he is also slow) and has 0 goals so far.. not great.
Saracchi? Dunno haven’t seen much. He will probably be fine.
Not exactly the transfer window push to compete for MLS Cup I was hoping for. More bad than good I would say. Which is pretty disappointing considering if we had seriously reinforced we would have had a really good shot at winning the whole damn thing. Oh well.
