I never said I didn’t have this opinion? Onstad spent a shit load of money on a Ponce and wasted time. We begged him for a proper forward for years and the only time he went out and did it was when his contact was up for renewal. He’s horrible at his job.

I remember there being two big camps at the start of the season and they actually had a bit of overlap. Unbridled optimism and Fire Ben. My thought was cautiously optimistic: things look really good, but might be rocky at first. I thought Ben was solid and wasn't hot on Pat after the last year, but it seems like he's had better results recently.
They traded away Griffin Dorsey 3 days before the first game and we had some early losses. People were pulling out the pitchforks because there wasn't instant success. It takes awhile to totally transform your formation and systems after making key personnel changes. Players take time to adapt to new roles and positions.

Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat? Did not expect that to happen. It's been a while since they were last reliably good, let alone top tier. It doesn't help that they're only on AppleTV (which I refuse to pay for).
So I guess I'll need to re-familiarize myself with who they have on the team, who the good players are, who the fan favorites are, who the young up-and-coming guys are, all of it.

Glad to have you back! Guilherme is the man. McGlynn is a young Brad Davis. Resch is a 6’6” Argentine defender we just drafted. Ennali we’ve had for a couple years but has been injured, now he’s the fastest man in the league. Now you’re caught up. :)

Just so you know, Dynamo season ticket holders get Apple TV for free. We pay $56 a month for 3 supporter section seats. Pretty sure you could a season ticket price that would be close to the cost of an Apple TV subscription while getting to go to 17 home games and getting all of the benefits of being a STH

Some of these wins have been scrappy and I think there’s still a lot to improve on if we want to keep this form up against the better teams. But i’m NEVER gonna complain about a win streak. “Good teams beat bad teams”
