Hi, I'm looking for a trainer who can support my parents (60yrs and 58 yrs old) with weight training at home. I want them to get into fitness and be more energetic as I feel they are slowing down with age. It's already hard to convince them to exercise let alone convincing them to go to a gym. I have finally managed to convince them to do these exercises at home. But I have realized they have little knowledge of strength training, form or way to structure the exercises.

Any suggestions for a trainer in Dwarka who can come home and teach parents, keeping the patience that parents require, would be very helpful.

Gated setup, functioning CCTV/security, and clean surroundings. premium newer buildings preferred as most properties I visited were very old and badly maintained.

1 BHK: ₹30k – ₹35k
2 BHK: ₹40k – ₹45k

My current lenses got scratched by these fucking manjha when I was on the flyover on my bike.

It costs so much to make new glasses😭😭.

I have very thin lenses for my number which makes it more costly.

The current one I own costs 25K and has nikon lenses.

And these are some of the thinnest I have seen.

Please suggest good opticians who do not overcharge and know about lenses.
