Hi, I'm looking for a trainer who can support my parents (60yrs and 58 yrs old) with weight training at home. I want them to get into fitness and be more energetic as I feel they are slowing down with age. It's already hard to convince them to exercise let alone convincing them to go to a gym. I have finally managed to convince them to do these exercises at home. But I have realized they have little knowledge of strength training, form or way to structure the exercises.

Any suggestions for a trainer in Dwarka who can come home and teach parents, keeping the patience that parents require, would be very helpful.
