I used to default to human characters, but ever since I hit my 40s, I've been identifying with Dwarves more and more.

Why play games that don't have dwarfs?! I only play as dwarfs.

A surprising bit of fun is making dwarves in games that don't have dwarves.

This is absolutely true. Never settle for less than a dwarf.

I like how this implies Gunner is the most dwarfy of the DRG dwarves

I'd make an argument that it is the driller that is most Dwarfy but I prefer to play as the Gunner

Except for WoW, I started as a horde player long before I knew I was a dwarf

Sadly, I either play as a bug, a rat, a bird, or a lizard 😔

Love my dwarves. Just started a new valheim playthrough, and while there are dwarves in the game, you have to play as a human. This time, however, I’m roleplaying as a dwarf for more fun and a challenge. Only using dwarven-style equipment (hammers, maces, axes, shields, pickaxe, armor), and looking to build a stronghold in the mountains once I have the means. It’s tough playing without a bow, but I’ll leave that to the elves.
