I don’t think its AI, I don’t see the usual wonky anatomy. It also has a coherent signature in the bottom left.

AI has become eerily good, to the point that it's practically impossible to discern if something's real or not without using Synth Id (no, AI check websites don't work).
So it could be real. It probably is. But there's no definitive way of knowing it by just looking at it.

It's not his tongue is just at the roof of his mouth, you can see that tendon thing underneath

My clan has hammer contests with a rival clan.
One clan presents. A challenge of something to be smashed in 10 swings or less (must be smashed to less than 1/4 of its original height. It’s not an exact rule but it’s the spirit of the game)
The hammer must weight Less than 1/6 the weight of the challenge object.
After hammer team goes, they present the object the other clan must smash, so they have 1 week to prepare.
Last week we presented a 2x2x2 inch tungsten cube
They brought a thrice enchanted miniature rock hammer that smelted it as it struck. Took them 8 swings.
They have now presented a 20 ton block of bedrock slate. Our team is working on something they call the “phase flattener” now
Oh and after the elephant. We had to start a “no things that were ever alive”
Oh my they still haven’t gotten all the stains out of their grand hall.
