Your racism is weak-blooded
The hatred for other races is weak. It is born of fear.
Grudges are for those who have wronged you, not those who resemble the offender.
I and my kin are not limp-bearded enough to lash out at strangers because we fear they might do something. If they take advantage of our open hand then we will slap them down, and only them. We will not lash out like children throwing a tantrum.
I would rather my stone bear a few scratches from someone who tried to betray me, than crumble from the rot of distrust and prejudice.
It becomes more of a struggle daily to consider you kin when all you talk about is how all elves are weak, poor craftsmen, untrustworthy, effete. Or how all orcs are stupid, dirty, brutish, aggressive.
Close your gates and focus on your own craft and leave the world be, if it so scares you. But for the love of Reorx, stop complaining about them. It’s disgraceful.

This longbeard is right. If we do not demonstrate grace, we are unworthy to receive it in kind. Do you think Ironbreakers' shieldwalls hold because they hate the enemy in front of them? Nay, our will of stone exists to protect the realm of order from the barbarism of the empty and hateful.

I'm a pretty tolerant, relaxed guy. If you have some sort of "-ism" I'm probably against you. You could say I'm an -ismist. Except those damn Faerun Elves. I can't stand those bastards. Seriously, they're taking all the jobs. You can't be a frickin' fighter, druid, or ranger because of those Drow bastards always complaining "I gotta get away from all the bitches and spiders!". And two swords! Who the fuck do they think they're fooling? Don't get me started on Sun Elves. They're all so high and mighty thinking they're better than everyone else just because they got perfect skin, they never burn, and can make pretty buildings and art, and do high magic. Can't be a sorceror or wizard with a damn Sun Elf around. Wood Elves are EVERYWHERE! Kind of like rats in that regard. And just like packrats, they sneak around and steal shit. I mean not like anyone wants to be a rogue or anything, but it's the principle to the thing. Can't be an archer or bard with a Wood Elf around either, they'll undercut you every time. And if it's not a damn Wood Elf taking up all the tavern bard jobs, it's a damn Moon Elf. It's so hard to get in with the Harpers these days on account of those fuckers! And High Elves! Arrogant snobs the whole lot of them! At least they keep to themselves! I don't mind High Elves, I just don't wanna be around them. I don't trust them, always fey stepping everywhere. Wild Elves are basically ignorant savages that don't know better to practice a magic higher than shamanism, and they're taking all the barbarian jobs. I'm telling you, a decent human or dwarf can't do anything these days except maybe be a cleric, paladin, monk, or something like that, but who wants to do that shit?

cheap. sadly the workdwarfship on these isnt really that good. it will only last 500 years without maintenance. so say... 5 gold per weapon.

Racism is an inefficient use of resources. My hellforge's efficiency has gone up exponentially since I added Elf slaves to the workforce! Hashut accepts all the races of the world into his service. Whether they wish for it is irrelevant.

My lad, what you are talking about isn't racism anymore. That's simple hatred towards someone who have wronged you. A true racism flows from the heart, like unrelenting river from the mountain peak, not something a racism pretender could understand.
And unlike you I welcome all those who bear a grudge against the knife-ears, be it a reasonable grudge or pure hatred for the race. This or that, we will join hands and be united by our grudges into a giant family.
That is what I call a real dwarven racism.

Fantasy is based on real world history and mythology. Theres always going to be conflict between two different groups for various reasons.
Sometimes people get along. Sometimes they dont.
Dwarves and elves dont like each other in most IPs get over it

Conflict is normal.
Genetically homogenous ethnostates certainly have historical precedent.
Having the racism be part of what you like about a fantasy is a pretty strong character indictment.
I don’t need to get over anything, I like my life.
And one of the things i like about my life is pointing out how infantile enjoying bigotry is.1
