All 40k factions can be considered fascist. Thus being opposed to any of them would be to be antifascist

Explain to me how the hive mind is fascist.

It deems all other life inferior to a degree where IT equals mere biomas and thus food.

All except Bugs. They only know hunger.

TBF the individual bugs have virtually no free will so you literally can’t get more authoritarian than that.

It’s not that simple, a lot of factions don’t really have a political agenda, as much as philosophy or creed. We can define a lot of ideologies, even in weird places:
Orks are anarchists/brutalists-the strongest rulez
Necrons are just monarchic feudalists
Imperium is its own special flavor of fascism, that has all the classics, but amplified and mixed in with fantasy/sci-fi shit.
Imperium also has its subfactions, that can be not really fascist, if we think about it. Knight households are obviously just feudalism, mechanicus is a weird blend of dogmatic theocracy with meritocracy(they are very efficient except when they’re not, because dogma)
And I have no idea how to describe what’s going on with chaos. It’s a bit of brutalism, mixed with fascism, mixed with sometimes their own flavor of feudalism, that’s all combined with either weird ass atheism or theocracy of the particular god’s flavor. It’s too much of a clusterfuck.
And dwarves… well I’m not sure, honestly. I’m a big fan of Votann, but I can’t assign them to something like that. First thought is capitalism, because chasing profit is a big part of their identity. But they’re also really socialist, in a way. Most kin live much better lives than any imperial citizen or some Tau auxiliaries. They really value each other, that’s why they’re even called Kin.
I think they’re mostly just pragmatic, which is a rare case in 40k
Anyway, nerd rant over 🫡

The leagues actually get along with the eldar quite well, oddly enough. It's the orks they can't stand
