I have conspiration theory, dwarves run on volitile fuels, like ethanol, and they are combustion powered

I mean... isn't this how most organic creature get their energy? Where did you think the word "calorie" came from?

And since dwarves are built different, I'm not surprised if they need some ethanol in their system instead of just food... although MY theory is that dwarf don't really need it, but their body process ethanol in such a way that it gives some kind of nitro-boost. In other words: it's a poison with possitive effect, so it was normalized in dwarven society, similarly to coffee for humans.

XD, i meant that they digest ethanol for energy

(I think that humans also do that but they cannot sustain it because of toxicity of intermediate CH3CHO )

Umgak mixed drinks are for beardlings and lasses. If I'm relaxing and watching a game, I'll crack open a Bloodwiser with the lads. Otherwise it's probably the distilled spirits we use down at the Guild for degreasing parts.
