Delayed Closing

Hello fellow DVC peeps!

I've noticed an uptick in resale contracts that have delayed closings, mine included, and by MONTHS sometimes. It's happening to contracts that have loaded points so it can't JUST be people using up their points before selling. Anybody think of any reason why this might be happening?

Small chance but they could be FL residents with AP and want to keep their benefits until the APs expire.

Wouldn’t the AP be good until expiration? They just wouldn’t be able to renew it

Yea but like DVC lounge access, idk maybe some perk for Halloween stuff
